ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants must be an Olympus Property resident and may enter #OlympusGoesGreen (Contest) via Instagram or Facebook by posting a photo and caption on Instagram. Submissions will be accepted from March 30, 2021 12:00 AM CT M to 11:59 PM CT May 26, 2021
ELIGIBILITY: To win, the contestant must be a current resident of an Olympus Property Company community, and the contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States of America or District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico), over the age of 18 as of their time of entry. Employees of Olympus Property Company (along with its affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
WINNER SELECTION: All Submissions will be reviewed by Olympus Property Company and a winner will be selected from the eligible contest submissions based on Olympus Property Company discretion.
PRIZES: Eight prizes will be awarded. All (8) prizes will be awarded to 8 different contestants. The prizes will be two $50 gift card to Perfectly Imperfect Produce, two $50 gift cards to Good Fair, one $100 Amazon gift card, two $50 World Market gift cards, and one Branch Basics starter kit. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified within 1 day after the following determination dates, April 4th, April 19th, May 3rd, May 12th, and May 26th.
Winners must respond within 14 days after the date of notification in order to claim their prize. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
VERIFICATION OF WINNER: Potential winners may be required to sign and return to Olympus Property Company an Affidavit of Eligibility and a prize and/or publicity release.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: a. Participants hereby grant Olympus Property Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate and otherwise use and exhibit the Submission (along with their names, voices, performance and/or likenesses) in all media now known and later come into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation. Participants represent and warrant that they have full legal right, power and authority to grant Olympus Property the foregoing license and if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any participants in, and contributors to, their Submission in order to grant such a license. b. Olympus Property Company is under no obligation to use any Submission or return the Submissions to participants.
USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All Submissions become the sole and exclusive property of Olympus Property Company. Olympus Property Company reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing, and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
NOT ENDORSED BY FACEBOOK: By participating in this contest, you acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and release Facebook from any and all liability arising from or related to this contest. The information you are providing for this contest is being provided to Olympus Property Company and not to Facebook and will be used to notify you if you have won.
CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Olympus Property Company in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its website or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Olympus Property Company is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort, Olympus Property Company may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release Olympus Property Company from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.
