Start Walking or Biking

One of the best parts of warmer weather is the opportunity to spend more time outdoors. Spring is a time to refresh, and what better way to celebrate the season than with an overhaul of your spending habits? Budgeting apps like Mint are often free to download and provide you with a convenient way to keep track of your finances. Set goals for yourself to cut back on spending or just use the app to get a better idea of how much you really spend every month. 

Start Doing Yoga

Some people may be uncomfortable with trying out tricky poses in a class full of strangers, but you don’t have to join a gym to practice yoga. Try watching some videos on YouTube to get the basics down, then start out slow by practicing a few poses every morning. You’ll be surprised at how calm and relaxed you’ll feel after just a few stretches.
