You could say it is a one-stop-shop for all your fitness needs. The gym offers a seven-day free trial and opens at 5 AM on weekdays for all you morning birds. Best of all, it's only a four-minute walk from Mosaic.
East Side Athletic Club
East Side Athletic Club is for the more serious gym heads. It provides state-of-the-art equipment, attracting some of the best fitness gurus in the Dallas area. It's not a boutique nor a chain. It's a destination for those who want serious gains. Sticking to its reputation, it has some of the best personal trainers in the area. It's not within walking distance of Mosaic, but it's only a 10-minute drive away.
Evolve is a new training concept that is starting to gain some steam. While most gyms just focus on the physical aspect of exercise, Evolve also incorporates the mental aspects needed for a healthy lifestyle. It's no surprise that this new approach has won Evolve acclaim from the StudioHop awards. Another little bonus is that Evolve provides at least one outdoor training session per month called Met45. Evolve is also close to The Mosaic, and is only about a 10-minute walk down Ervay Street.
