One of the advantages of living at Mosaic Dallas is the awesome location near fabulous downtown bars and restaurants. While others have to wrangle with parking or ride-shares, you can have a great night out just walking around the blocks near your home. Here are our picks for a fun pub-crawl evening with your Mosaic Dallas neighbors.
Start Your Evening at City Tavern
Wander one block over to Elm Street and grab a booth or bar stool at the old-school cool City Tavern. This is a true Texas tavern that has been around since 2003 and offers comfy booths and barstools, a great array of beers on tap, and a proper pub grub menu. Go with the excellent burger to fuel up for the night ahead.
Next, Head to Swanky Midnight Rambler
Walk a block over to Main St. and head into The Joule hotel and downstairs to the subterranean Midnight Rambler. This popular bar has a cozy speakeasy feel and is known for excellently crafted cocktails.
Kick Up the Evening at The One Eyed Penguin
If you get tired of swanky digs and high-priced cocktails, it’s time to head to fun, no-frills One Eyed Penguin. Head just one block west on Main Street for cheap beers and well drinks, a game of pool, and a good DJ to kick up the evening.
Grab a Late Night Snack at Rodeo Bar
If you want a nightcap or are craving some junk food before you head home, Rodeo Bar is the perfect place to end your evening. The menu is a late-night snacker’s dream complete with corn dogs, fried wings, and chili cheese fries. Head to a large curved booth or one of their cushy couches to recap your escapades.
