PATIO FENG SHUI: 3 WAYS TO UP YOUR PATIO GAME

|

Springs is a time to open the patio or balcony door, crack the windows, and let a little fresh air in. It’s a time to have dinner alfresco, sitting on your patio or balcony. Maybe you haven’t had a chance to feng shui that part of your home yet, so here is a to-do list to help you liven up your outdoor space. There’s no better time than now – on Friday, April 23, Olympus Team Ranch will be hosting a spring patio contest with a special prize to the person with the most epic exterior set-up!

Get Green

One quick way to liven up your patio is to add literal life to it. Stop by Premier Nursery for some spring flowers, herb garden starters, or palms. A little touch of green goes a long way to snazz up the place and help you feel more relaxed.

Furniture That Fits

Any good patio has to have somewhere for you to sit and enjoy. A table or side table is a secondary must to hold your coffee mug or aforementioned flowering plant. The 58th Annual Show of Antiques, Art, and Jewelry is happening in Fort Worth this week! Find out more about this highly anticipated event and maybe peruse the exhibits for some eclectic furniture to fit your space.

Decorate, Decorate, Decorate

Look, the plants and furniture are nice. But to win, you have to stand out. Which means you’ll need decorative throws, fairy lights, prayer flags, balloons. OK, maybe not all of those at once, but you get the picture. Here are a few ideas to get you started on how to reign supreme in the patio game.

Show It Off

Have everything ready to show off your stellar hangout spot by Friday, April 23, and you might just win a prize! We can’t wait to see what you come up with.
