Class sizes are small to provide an intimate atmosphere, and Kate's goal is to help students find balance and flexibility. Reformer group sessions are held daily, and they last fifty minutes.

Shae Bryant's personal philosophy is "love yourself, love life." She is an enthusiastic instructor who works with students who are looking to achieve a lifestyle of wellness. Shae grew up on stage, and dance, movement, and creative expression greatly influence her teaching. She took her first Pilates class fifteen years ago and approaches exercise in a holistic matter. Classes include Pilates Matwork and Pilates Apparatus.
