The holidays are here! And with recent closures, lockdowns, and canceled events, we’re here to tell you that the 2020 holiday season has arrived to lift our spirits! Unless, of course, local mandates change, here are fun and festive activities you can do near Olympus Hillwood this winter!
1. Check Out a Market
Need to pick up holiday gifts? A local holiday-focused market is a sure-fire way to find something special for friends and family. We’re bringing you three festive markets to check out:
Music Valley Village | Saturday, December 12th from 10am to 4pm – offers sidewalk vendors, socially-distanced photos with Santa, hot coco, and even live music!
Buying Black Holidaze Expo | Saturday, December 19th from 11am to 6pm – support local, black-owned businesses in your community, accompanied by food and a live DJ!
Mistletoe Market | Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th, December from 10am to 4pm – with over 150 vendors, delicious food options, and a make your own campfire s’mores station.
2. Brunch with Santa | Sunday, December 13th from 9am to 2pm
Whoever said you have to be a kid to be stoked for a Santa appearance. But, here you’ll find Santa AND food! For a $20 admission fee, you’ll get a buffet-style brunch and a photo op with ole Saint Nick himself. Did we mention there’s a full-service bar?
3. Drive Through Holiday Scenes | December 18th, 19th & 20th from 6pm to 8pm
Want to check out some holiday scenery, but avoid the large crowds of people? Drive through the live nativity scene – it even has a tune-in radio station for narration.
