Brunch. That meal that’s slightly in between breakfast and lunch, but fills you up enough to act as two meals in one. Luckily for us, here in Albuquerque, we’ve got plenty of brunch options to choose from. Call a friend and get brunch on the calendar at one of these four best brunch spots in Albuquerque.

Lily and Liam Bistro

Lily and Liam Bistro was born out of a love for the community and the opportunity to open a healthy, made-from-scratch restaurant for the residents and visitors of Rio Rancho, NM. With a full menu served daily from 7 am to 3 pm, you can order your favorite brunch items at any time of the day. For a rich and savory meal, try the Garden Brie Scramble or Lox and Bagel. New Mexican classics like Huevos Rancheros or the Smothered Breakfast Burrito are beyond delicious. And for a sweet tooth, the Dutch Baby hits the spot.

Hannah & Nate’s

Hannah & Nate’s is one of those restaurants where you don’t know what to order, everything is just that good. The popular Albuquerque brunch spot is known for its ridiculously good food and cozy atmosphere, serving deliciousness every day from 7 am to 2 pm. Items from their local flavor menu like the Carne Con Huevos and the New Mexico Heavenly Hash are hard to pass up for brunch. Or give one of the tried-and-true favorites a try, like the Salmon Eggs Benedict: two poached eggs served atop an English muffin, with grilled tomato rounds and Alaskan salmon filet topped with hollandaise sauce. It’s all good, at Hannah & Nate’s.

Range Cafe

Having served the community for 28 years and counting, Range Cafe has made its name among locals as the prime brunch spot in Albuquerque. Range Cafe offers a wide variety of New Mexican food, American classics with an inventive twist, and a from-scratch bakery. Brunch favorites like the Papas Con Carne — two eggs, range fries, Carne adovada, white cheddar, and green onions — are what keep guests coming back brunch after brunch. Fill your belly and leave happy with a visit to Range Cafe.

Weck’s, a “full belly tradition since ‘91”, truly is a breakfast spot through and through. Go big or go home with a “Full Belly” Omelette, or even better, build your own by adding your favorite ingredients. Ever had fancy hash browns? The Papas menu is our favorite, with a mountain of fresh hash browns decked out with unique components that make them next level. And with sweet options like buttermilk pancakes and Belgian-style waffles, there’s a lot more to love at Weck’s.

Look forward to the upcoming weekend with a stop at one of these four best brunch spots in Albuquerque. Your (full) belly will thank you. Hungry for more? Read on for more tasty eating ideas at the Olympus Solaire blog.
