The chefs serve brunch all day before The Collins Quarter turns into an elegant candlelit restaurant during the evening hours. Brunch offerings include biscuits and gravy, bananas foster French toast, and Moroccan scrambles.

The Grove

With delicious food, refreshing drinks, and stunning views from the rooftop, it is no wonder that The Grove draws a crowd. During brunch, the chefs offer a Lowcountry twist on all the brunch favorites. Every bite bursts with flavor, and there is something for every palate. You can enjoy Belgian waffles, quiche, breakfast club sandwiches, and more on Saturdays and Sundays between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. While reservations aren't required, they are recommended.
