If you are looking to meet friends for a night of fun, head to the Low Key Piano Bar.
Established in 2014, it features traditional elements combined with modern twists.
During the show, guests can enjoy a lively interaction with their servers while sipping cocktails such as Pineapple Mule, Cadillac Margarita, and Captain Keys.
The talented musicians double as comedians, and they know how to get the crowd to sing and dance along. Two piano players entertain at a time, and those not to be missed include:
Ben Murphy grew up in South Bend, Indiana where he started playing the piano at the age of nine. He studied classical music throughout his childhood and excelled at performing Chopin Etudes and the Beethoven Sonatas. Ben earned a degree in Music Education, and today, his musical influences include Billy Joel and Frank Zappa.
Known for having a natural talent for music, Julie Simpson captures the sound and passion of every song she performs. Raised in Granite City, IL, Julie started studying the piano when she was four, and during her teen years, she was the drummer in a local band. Her dueling piano career began in 2001, and she strives to provide a memorable experience every night.
James T. Mitchell
Born in Chandler, James Mitchell first played the piano at the age of three. Throughout his school years, he also played the guitar and trumpet and was a member of several bands. He enjoys taking to the stage every night and states that his favorite aspects of performing at Low Key are the constant self-progression and being able to stay current on what's popular.
