As summer approaches, so does our desire for the season's best seafood dish, lobster! As a succulent dinner that many people enjoy but don't often make at home, we often head to fantastic eateries for this tasty delicacy.
If you would like to enjoy this dish tonight, visit one of the following restaurants:
Angry Crab Shack
Voted the "Best Seafood Restaurant" by the East Valley Tribune, the Angry Crab Shack is a casual mom and pop eatery where everyone can spend a leisurely time with friends. The service is always attentive, and when ordering, guests choose their favorite seafood item, one sauce (such as lemon pepper or Pacific Rim), and the amount of spice. Try the lobster with a side such as potato salad, barbecue beans, or onion rings.
At Roy's, the chefs use European techniques to prepare Pacific Rim cuisine. Founder Roy Yamaguchi is a James Beard award-winning chef, and it was a trip to Maui as a child that shaped his career. At nineteen, he graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, and in addition to running the restaurant, Roy has also written cookbooks and hosted his own television show. The modern dining area is complete with chandeliers, colorful works of art, and tables covered with white cloth, and it's where guests enjoy attentive service. The menu includes lobster potstickers, lobster bisque, and a combination plate of grilled filet mignon and butter roasted Maine lobster tail.
Firebirds Wood Fired Grill
Firebirds is a classic American eatery known for serving wood-fired steaks and succulent seafood dishes. It has a four-star rating on Yelp as guests appreciate the friendly service and atmosphere that features dim lighting and unique decor. Happy hour is offered daily, and the drinks can be enjoyed with the surf and turf that consists of a half pound lobster tail and a seven-ounce bacon-wrapped filet.
