Dutch Art Gallery
Nestled in the Lake Highlands neighborhood, Dutch is celebrating its fiftieth anniversary as a second-generation family-owned gallery. Hans and Pam Massar offer a hospitable atmosphere and quality service as they believe it's why clients return again and again. The gallery hosts monthly events such as artist demonstrations and trunk shows, and in the 7,000 square foot showroom, visitors will find works made of cold wax, oil, mixed media, and more.
Valley House Gallery & Sculpture Garden
It was in 1953 when Donald and Peggy Vogel stood on a dead-end gravel road in Dallas. They stared at a wooded vacant lot and realized it would make the perfect spot for an art gallery and sculpture garden. That's how Valley House was born, and it offers high-quality fine art to both collectors and museums. Many of the artists have ties to the Southwest and work in an array of media.
As for the sculpture garden, it spans more than four acres and was designed by a renowned landscape architect. It currently displays pieces by artists such as David Hayes, Mike Cunningham, and Michael O'Keefe.
WAAS boasts that it's a studio collective designed to support artists who create to communicate social and environmental needs. The gallery is owned by Brandy Adams, and over the last six years, it has become known around the world for hosting artists actively seeking progress from Los Angeles to Dallas. In the showroom, clients find paintings in an array of mediums and sizes.
