Who doesn't love deep-fried falafels, savory shawarma, and mouth-watering kabobs? If you're in search of delicious Mediterranean food in Houston, look no further than Fadi's Cuisine.
With two Houston locations (and two others in neighboring Sugar Land and Katy), Fadi's Cuisine is always a short drive away regardless of where you are in the city.
The owner, Fadi Dimassi, was born in Lebanon and began working at his family's Houston-based restaurant when he was nineteen years old. Using the experience he gained working with his family, he opened the first Fadi's Cuisine in 1996—which proved to be so successful that the rest of his family left their original restaurant and joined him soon after. Since then, he and his family have continued to serve delicious Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes at all of Fadi's locations.
Fadi's serves a large variety of authentic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean classics in addition to a handful of more creative dishes—like their spicy chipotle baba ganoush. If you're a kabob-lover, you'll appreciate the fact that all of Fadi's kabobs are cooked on a wood-fire grill—adding a hint of smoke that perfects their rich flavor.
Fadi's also offers an easy-to-use online catering service for both individuals and groups.
Rotating Entrees and Sides
Although many of Fadi's menu items—including their kabobs and shawarma dishes—are available seven days a week, a handful of their entrees and sides are rotated daily. This makes return visits to Fadi's especially enjoyable since you may be surprised to see the day's special selection. One day you could enjoy their Moroccan chicken so much that you come back for more the next only to find yourself ordering fish with tahini sauce instead! Fadi's constantly rotating assortment of meals makes it difficult to resist returning to try something new.
