Do you enjoy shooting pool with friends?
If so, there are several pool halls around the Metroplex offer plenty of character and a fabulous beer menu.
Those not to be missed include:
The Billiard Den
The Billiard Den is the largest pool hall in Richardson, and it's where everyone is a friend. The hall offers a sports bar-like atmosphere with local games on television, and it comes complete with 23 pool tables, dart boards, and foosball. In the kitchen, the chefs prepare a full menu using fresh ingredients, and choices include grilled cheese sandwiches, jalapeno cream cheeseburgers, and street tacos. The onion rings make for the perfect appetizer, and all of the dishes pair well with a pint of Coors Lite.
At Rack Daddy's, the staff takes pride in offering unparalleled customer service. It provides some of the best drink prices in town and features 18 pool tables, dart boards, and several televisions so guests never miss a minute of the big game. Rack Daddy's is open late into the night, and the drink specials change daily. Guests can enjoy a free dinner buffet every Friday night, and the regular menu features a variety of beers.
Wizard Sports Cafe
The Wizard Sports Cafe is named in honor of Jake Schaefer Sr., who in the late 1800s, was the best billiards player in the world. He was known as a wizard, and the cafe has been voted the "Best Billiards Room in the City" by the Dallas Observer. Visitors find eighteen pool tables and several televisions, and they always enjoy friendly service. The menu includes smoked brisket, southwest baked potatoes, and honey mustard chicken sandwiches.
