Where to Sip the Best Frozen Margaritas in Dallas

Where to Sip the Best Frozen Margaritas in Dallas

Did you know that Dallas calls itself the official home of the frozen margarita?

It's one of the most popular adult beverages in the country, and area restaurants offer everything from classic creations to handcrafted recipes.

The best destinations near our Dallas, Texas apartments include:

Meso Maya

Meso Maya takes everyone back in time to 1938. Originally, the building was home to the Luna Tortilla Factory, and it was renovated to accommodate the restaurant in 2012. It was recognized by D Magazine for serving the "Best Regional Cuisine," and the kitchen is run by Executive Chef Nico Sanchez whose love for the culinary arts began at the age of nine. His food is celebrated for its complexity and unique presentation, and all of the meals pair well with the De La Casa Margarita. This drink features Blue Weber agave, Monte Alban Tequila Blanco, and fresh lime juice.

Mariano's Hacienda

When Mariano Martinez imagined a unique restaurant concept, Mariano's Hacienda was born. It became so popular that he had to find a way to keep up with the demand for blended margaritas. This is how he came to invent the frozen margarita machine which is now on display at the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History. The eatery has been recognized by numerous publications such as the Dallas Morning News and Texas Driver Magazine, and its signature drink, Frozen Sunburst, is created with handmade sangria swirl and topped with tequila-infused strawberry and mango puree.

Stampede 66

At Stampede 66, Chef Pyles serves modern Texas cuisine reinterpreted with his own contemporary twist. Leslie Brenner of the Dallas Morning News calls the restaurant "Pyles' Love Letter to Texas," and the dining room is complete with works of art made by local artists. The bartenders create an array of margaritas including Modern Star Canyon. It's made using liquid nitrogen, and features Cimarron Blanco tequila, prickly pear fruit, Patron Citronge, lime, and candied jalapeno.

These are just a few of the restaurants near Mosaic Dallas. If you are searching for a place to call home, please contact us to arrange a tour.
