Pilates by KWest
Pilates by KWest is a boutique studio where the workouts emphasize smooth, flowing movement while building core strength. Owner Kathy West was introduced to Pilates in 2002 following a three year battle with the Epstein Barr virus. She was encouraged by her physical progress and decided to share her success with others. Kathy earned certification in both classical and clinical Pilates, and her goal is to enrich the lives of her students. Classes include Tower, Sunrise, and Balance, Form, & Flow.
Breathe Pilates Studio
At the Breathe Pilates Studio, the instructors take the time to get to know their students. The classes are designed to tone, strengthen, and realign your body, and the small group classes offer a casual atmosphere and allow for individual attention. All levels are welcome to join the fun, and choices include Reformer, Jump, and Pilates Power. All last fifty minutes, and they're offered at various times throughout the week.
Tree House Pilates
The instructors at Tree House Pilates will teach you to strengthen your core, stretch your muscles, and improve your posture. They enjoy helping everyone live a healthy lifestyle, and their training gives them the ability to offer precise, effective instruction. Group classes are offered six days a week, and choices include Intermediate Reformer, Pilates ABC Circuit, and Reformer with Props a Plenty.
Those new to Pilates are encouraged to start with the Newcomers package which provides three 55-minute private sessions.
