Practice Your Swing at These Casper Golf Courses
Playing golf is a fun way to enjoy time with friends while getting a little exercise. Whether you want to tee off on a local course or spend a chilly day playing on a simulator, you'll find several places around our Granite 550 Casper apartments where you can improve your skills:
Casper Municipal Golf Course
Founded in 1929, the Casper Municipal Golf Course has a long history of introducing golf to the local community. It's home to three unique and challenging courses and also offers sweeping views of Casper Mountain. After your round, enjoy a meal at the 19th Hole Restaurant. A neighborhood hotspot, it serves tasty dishes like bacon guacamole burgers, spaghetti and meatballs, and fried chicken.
Three Crowns Golf Club
Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., Three Crowns features a one-of-kind Wyoming golfing experience. The course welcomes beginning and seasoned players alike. It features gently rolling hills, native grasses, and sand traps that will surely raise your score. Additionally, the club is home to the Three Crowns Golf Academy. Director of Instruction Andrew Braley is a tenured PGA professional who has taught over 25,000 lessons. He works with all abilities and also helps students improve their long and short games.
The SandTrap
An indoor golf center, The SandTrap boasts state-of-the-art simulators that offer the realistic feel of playing on an outdoor course. You can practice driving, chipping, and putting, and the simulator will show the speed and accuracy of your shot. Courses include Pebble Beach, Bay Harbor, and the Colorado Golf Club. While the Sand Trap closes for the season on May 27th, it will reopen on October 1st so you have plenty of time to plan ahead.
