AGAVE HURRICANE TRAIL COMPANY

The Agave Hurricane Trail Company was born after the owner decided to provide guided rides around the Fort Worth area. When the horses aren't on the trail, they're free to roam and have fun in the pasture. They have a gentle nature, and everyone from beginning to experienced horseback riders can join in the fun. The rides range from one to two hours, and colorful flowers and towering trees are spotted along the way.  

TOUCH OF CHROME PAINTS

At Touch of Chrome Paints, you'll explore the Texas wilderness. The paths surround Lake Benbrook and feature wildlife, trickling creeks, and spectacular sunset views. Owner Judy Greenway has been on horseback since she was in her twenties. She enjoys teaching how to ride paint horses and explains the basics before the fun begins. Groups are kept small, and one of the adventures includes the moonlight ride. The moonlight and spotlights will show you the way as you take in the night sky. 

MARSHALL CREEK RANCH

Known for offering the best trail rides in DFW, the Marshall Creek Ranch sits on 2,200 acres. Nestled along the unspoiled shores of Lake Grapevine, it features some of the most scenic equestrian trails in Texas. Combined, the paths span more than 39 miles. They're surrounded by lush pines and mature cottonwood trees and are home to white-tailed deer and great blue herons. The horses cross creeks and lead riders through heavily wooded hills.
