Local foodie favorite event, Taste of the Town, returns to The Woodlands in 2021, to showcase signature dishes from some of the area’s best eateries. However, there’s a new twist for the event’s 35th annual outing.
What’s New for 2021?
In previous years, Taste of the Town was held on a single night at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott. However, this year’s event will be held onsite at all participating restaurants, throughout the month of January. From January 4 through 31, ticket holders will be able to visit participating restaurants for a curated sampling of featured menu items. This will allow each establishment to maintain social distancing and safety protocols.
Which Restaurants are Taking Part This Year?
35 local eateries spanning a wide variety of cuisines are participating in Taste of the Town 2021 and competing for People’s Choice Awards for Best Appetizer, Best Entree, and Best Dessert. You can try your favorite dishes and discover new taste sensations at Avenida Brazil, E’Terie, Nona’s, Pacific Yard House, The Butler House, Escalante’s, Fielding’s Local Kitchen + Bar, Citizens Grill, Tapped Drafthouse & Kitchen, Cupcakes & Bubbles, and many more. Visit the event website for a complete list of participating restaurants.
How It All Works
Tickets cost $25 per person and children under 12 are free. Purchase tickets online in advance, then make reservations at participating restaurants to dine between January 4 and 31, and your Taste of the Town ticket will be scanned when you check in. Ticket holders can visit as many participating restaurants as they like during the month, but can only utilize their ticket once at each venue. So start planning your dining schedule now to fit in as many as you can, and don’t forget to vote for your favorites afterward.
