April 8: El Juice Bar Food Truck

Let’s get juicy! From 4-7 PM, El Juice Bar will be parked in front of the leasing office, serving up their finest juices and more. Nutritious and delicious, their goodies are sure to hit the spot!

April 12: “Donut” Let Monday Drag You Down

Don’t let the Monday blues bring you down! Swing by the leasing office from 9 AM - 1 PM to pick up some packaged donuts, on us. You read that right. Free. Donuts. Go nuts!

April 23: Take-and-Bake Pizza Kit

There is no moment of life that can’t be improved with pizza. That’s why we’re giving away free pizza kits to take and bake at home! Want a slice of fame? Snap a picture of your perfectly plated pizza pie, and we’ll promptly post it on social media. Stop by the office between 3-5 PM to claim your pizza kit.

April 30: Movie Night at the Pool

Bring your blankets and chairs and come chill poolside for the ultimate cinematic experience. (Or, you know, at least a free one!) We’ll have areas marked, so everyone can enjoy the movie from a safe distance. Screening begins at 5:30 PM.
