• Qualifying begins September 1st, 2020 and ends November 1st, 2020
• Prize qualifying will be done by touring Tacara at Westover Hills either in person or virtually
• Applicants must complete the full virtual or self-guided our to be eligible for submission
• Qualifier names will be drawn on November 2nd, 2020

• Rent credit up to $1,170 per month on any available apartment floor plan for 6 months at Tacara at Westover Hills
• All admin fees shall also be waived
• Lease terms must start by December 1st, 2020 and run for 12 or 13 months
