The Sachse Public Library Offers Books and More

Whether you want to find a new read or print a 3D image, the Sachse Public Library has you covered. It welcomes thousands of patrons every year and always offers something different to discover. Here is some of what the library provides near our Sachse apartments:

Dungeons & Dragons 

The library invites both teens and adults to the library to enjoy some Dungeons & Dragons fun. This popular tabletop roleplaying game is easy to learn and is where players use teamwork to overcome obstacles and defeat monsters. Dungeons & Dragons is also on the fourth Thursday of every month between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Be sure to register when you are planning to attend. 

Adult Reading Challenge 

When you're an avid reader, don't miss the library's Adult Reading Challenge. Each month brings a new theme. After reading a suitable book, visit the library to have your log stamped and claim your reward. Upcoming themes also include True Crime or Investigate and Laugh Out Loud. 

Book Bundles 

When you can't decide what to read, order a book bundle. The library team will surprise you with three to five books. The bundles are based on your interests, and you can choose from genres like humor, action/adventure, and mystery. Be sure to check out the Book Bundles when you visit the Sachse Public Library.

3D Printing 

One of the library's newest offerings, 3D printing can bring your projects to life. You can create your own designs using CAD software or ready-made ones from sites like MyMiniFactory. Save your creation as a .STL file, and the library team will help you print from your flash drive. Also, all designs are printed using ABS plastic filament.
