At rOming Yoga, the motto is "Nourish, Connect, and Be Curious." The teachers have extensive knowledge, and they encourage their students to take the time to recharge. They offer several classes, including Mixed Yoga. It's designed to explore the connection between breath and body while creating fluidity between postures. Founder Henry Richardson is a native Houstonian, and he focuses on creating programs that improve the mind/body connection.
