This Halloween, Fiddlesticks Farms will be hosting a spooktacular day of fun. Dress to impress and enter for one of two CBS7 Costume Contests! If you wish to enter, make sure you sign up before 11 AM or before 6 PM, respectively. (And while you’re there, don’t forget to try out their amazing 7-acre maze.) For those of you who aren’t sure what to dress up as, Sedona Ranch has put together a few ideas to help get you started! These super simple costumes may not secure you a win in a contest, but it’s the spirit that counts.

Something Spooky

Classics are timeless – and, luckily, not that hard to pull off if you’re looking for a low-effort costume. Pair of fangs? And there you are, a vampire. Have some white bed sheets? Take a black marker, draw on some eyes, and boo-yah! You’re a ghost ready to haunt the town! Just don’t forget to cut some holes in the cloth so you can actually see what you’re doing.

Something Cute

Let’s keep it simple. Get yourself a unitard and a matching pair of cat ears with a tail. Paint on a nose with whiskers and you’ve got yourself a simple – but oh so adorable – kitty costume. Don’t feel like dressing up? If you’re good with painting or makeup, paint a pumpkin on your cheek!

Something Silly

If you really don’t feel like doing anything special but don’t want to be a total party pooper, take the Jim Halpert approach and slap on a name tag sticker with a name that isn’t your own – and voila! You’re Billie Eilish for the day. Why, if you want to put your own spin on it, you could keep changing your name tag throughout the day and see if anyone notices. Give ’em a piece of candy if they do!
