5 WAYS TO HAVE SOME FALL FUN AT FIDDLESTICKS FARMS

|

Luckily for us here at Sundance Creek, we’re just a short drive over to one of the best fall finds in Midland, Texas – Fiddlestick Farms. Enjoy everything the farm has to offer – a 7-acre cornfield maze, a 10-acre pumpkin patch, campfire sessions, a working barn, and over 25 other fun attractions that will leave everyone smiling ear to ear. Get ready for an a-maze-ing time with these five ways to have some fall fun at Fiddlesticks Farms.

The Cornfield Maze

One of the most popular attractions at Fiddlesticks – and for good reason – is the cornfield maze. Complete with 7 acres of fun, the design is changed up every year with three phases, allowing something for everyone. Phase I is the longest, taking up to 30 minutes. Phase II is a shorter walk – just 15 minutes. And Phase III is perfect for the littles, with storyboards placed along the fairy-tale trail.

Pumpkin Patch

Roam the 10-acre pumpkin patch to find that perfect pumpkin, or peruse the farm's huge pumpkin pile. There are 15 different varieties grown at the farm to choose from, including jack-o’-lanterns, cinderellas, jaharradales, minis, and fairy tales. From carving to decorating, Fiddlesticks has the best selection of pumpkins.

The Learning Farm

There are plenty of farm animals to say hello to while out at the farm. Head over to the Learning Barn to say hello to the resident farm animals, including cows, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, and pigs. You can even watch a milking demonstration on the weekends, and “peep” all of the baby chicks over at the Chick Hatchery. Oh, and have you ever seen pigs race? They have that, too.

Campfires

Simply show up to a campfire site (reservations are recommended, and they fill up quickly!) and Fiddlesticks will start your personal campfire. Gather with friends and family around the fire for some s’mores, stories, songs, and warming up on a crisp fall day. A large picnic table is also provided, so gather ‘round and stay awhile.

Attractions Galore

The fun keeps going all day long at Fiddlesticks with over 25 attractions to choose from. Check out the Country Store to stock up on your farm favorites. Let the kids play in the giant spider web, sandbox, and tetherball court. Dress your best and arrive ready to snap photos at the various photo opps throughout the farm.

Before you join in on the fun, buy your tickets online and skip the lines at the farm. Get ready for fall fun this year at Fiddlesticks Farms.
