Next Wednesday, April 14 at 8:30 AM, Keller Public Library will be hosting a virtual storytime to celebrate Earth Day. Pick up a bag of supplies at the library’s information desk and join Ms. Wendy online to enjoy some fun stories about this home we share!
What Is Earth Day?
Earth Day is an annual event held on April 22 to celebrate the planet and promote environmental protection. Observed internationally, Earth Day unites tens of millions of people across the globe. That’s a lot of love for Earth!
What Can I Do to Celebrate?
Plenty! Go outside and enjoy nature – whether that’s a refreshing hike at Bear Creek Park or simply watching the birds from your balcony. Talk with your friends and family about the marvelous sites and adventures you’ve experienced together. Research causes you’re passionate about to see what you can do to help effect systemic change. And, of course, you enjoy storytime!
When Is This Again?
Keller Public Library’s Earth Day Virtual Storytime event will take place on Wednesday, April 14, at 8:30 AM. We hope to see you then!
