Founder Jill Dailey has expanded to four countries, and she uses her degree in Kinesiology to offer the most efficient and effective full-body workout. The Dailey Method boasts that it is "Often Imitated. Never Duplicated.," and while the studio is famous for its ballet barre fitness classes, it also offers Cycle 45. This high-intensity session features 45-minutes of heart-pounding, beat-driven cycling that focuses on alignment and burning calories.
Called the "Best of Fort Worth," Zyn22 offers a community that's centered around changing everyone's life. The instructors are some of the best in the Metroplex, and they encourage their students to meet their fitness goals. There are a few classes to choose from including the popular Zyn Ride. It's known as Sweat Therapy, and the 45-minute session helps riders tone their muscles while listening to upbeat music.
Cyclebar has created a fun and accessible experience where all ages and fitness levels can gather for an exhilarating ride. The studio has welcomed students for more than ten years, and its casual atmosphere allows strangers to become friends. The instructors encourage everyone to "rock the ride, each and every time," and they enjoy offer challenging classes. The classic session offers a fabulous workout with a mix of strength, endurance, hills, and drills, and it's perfect for beginners.
