Started by a dad and now run by his daughters and two sons, Sunny’s goal is to create a comfortable place that serves feel-good food for good people. While you can’t go wrong with any order at Sunny’s, we’ve highlighted our five all-time favorites.
Pancakes
“Pancakes so fluffy, you can sleep on them.” – Sunny Street Cafe. Sunny’s offers some of the fluffiest pancakes in Keller, with some serious flavor added. The Buttermilk Pancakes are a classic, made with real buttermilk. Want a little French toast pizazz? Step it up a notch and order the Thick Griddled French Toast with cinnamon cream batter.
Stuffed Biscuit & Gravy
This is one of those meals you’ll want to be ravenously hungry for. A giant, fresh-baked biscuit is stuffed with sausage, peppers, onions, and cheese and then topped with a rich gravy. As if that’s not enough, two eggs are served on the side, fried to order. Yum.
Cali BLT
OK, we know what you’re thinking. You can easily make a BLT at home. But Sunny’s BLT knocks it out of the park with crisp bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle mayo, all sandwiched between thick slices of whole-grain wheat bread. You cannot go wrong with this classic.
Buffalo Chicken Salad
Add a kick to your veggie game with the Buffalo Chicken Salad. Choose crispy or grilled chicken tossed in hot sauce and served atop fresh greens, diced tomato, tortilla strips, red onion, shredded cheddar, and homemade ranch. Healthy-er and delicious!
Pick Two Combo
Are you indecisive and want a little bit of everything? The Pick 2 Combo allows you to pick a half sandwich and half soup or salad. Sandwiches to choose from include The Big Cheese, a southwest turkey club, chicken salad, or the Cali BLT.
