OUR GUIDE TO SOME OF KATY'S BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANTS

|

If you’re looking for the best Italian food in Katy, we’ve got you covered. Here are some of our favorite restaurants in the area. (Just be sure to wear pants with an elastic waistband when you go!)

Hasta La Pasta

This is everything you love about Italian cuisine in a relaxed and fun environment. You’ll particularly love their vertically plated dishes, like the “Tomato Stack” (discs of tomato and fresh mozzarella stacked on top of one another, drizzled with a balsamic vinegar reduction) and the “Hasta Grill,” which features grilled chicken, layered with beef tenderloin and topped with shrimp skewers.

Antonia’s Cucina Italiana

Here, you’ll get to taste the finest in Northern Italian dining in a restaurant that knows how to offer a fine-dining experience. Try their penne vodka or the seafood Milanese risotto for a dinner you will never forget.

La Estancia Italian Restaurant

This restaurant is super chill – and super delicious. You must try the capellini siciliana with chopped eggplant or the fettuccine primavera filled with fresh vegetables.

Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Everybody knows and loves Olive Garden. Regulars swear by the shrimp alfredo (who can resist pasta, shrimp, and alfredo sauce?) and “Tour of Italy” (chicken parm, plus classic lasagna and fettuccine alfredo). And enjoy those famous breadsticks!

Carrabba’s Italian Grill

Meatball sandwiches, four-cheese and sausage-stuffed mushrooms, chicken piccata, linguine Positano. This restaurant has everything you could want in Italian cuisine. And Carrabba’s also offers many lighter dishes for those who love carbs but don’t want to be too gluttonous (or glutenous).

Frankie’s Italian Kitchen

Locally owned, this fun restaurant will take you back to the good old days. Try the “Pasta Marcus” with chicken, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and capers – all in a delicious white wine lemon butter sauce.

Da Vinci Ristorante Italiano

This is the place to go if you’re looking for a romantic, fine-dining experience. Their dishes are true works of art, and the interior design will make you feel like you’re actually in Italy.

Pane e Vino Ristorante Italiano

The owners of Pane e Vino want people to experience true Italian dining, meaning they encourage everyone to come in and enjoy themselves – even if you just want a cappuccino.
