Enjoy Tasty Fajitas from These Irving Restaurants

Sample the Best Fajitas Around Irving

A Tex-Mex favorite, fajitas originated in the 1930s. Today, they're served at restaurants across the country. If you’re craving some tasty fajitas, head to one of these eateries near our Irving apartments at Olympus Las Colinas

Via Real

In 1985, Fran Lively enjoyed dining at Via Real. When she learned it was about to close, she set out to purchase the restaurant and keep its tradition of offering a memorable dining experience alive. Today, Via Real is known for its relaxed Santa Fe style and Southwestern and Mexican cuisines prepared to perfection. Their executive chef, Jose Olivares, grew up in Mexico. He's passionate about delicious food and only uses the finest, freshest ingredients. At this restaurant, their fajitas include vegetable, shrimp, and pork tenderloin.

La Margarita

An Irving fixture, La Margarita is where you will find Tex-Mex favorites and modern interpretations of Mexican classics. The restaurant features a fun, vibrant setting. It comes to life with colorful murals and twinkling lights and is the perfect place to meet friends for a quick, delicious meal. Sample the applewood bacon and chipotle fajitas. Full of bold flavors, they include rice, guacamole, sour cream, and your choice of beef or chicken.

Tio Carlos

At Tio Carlos, you can start your visit with the black bean dip that will awaken your taste buds. The chefs create every recipe from scratch, and they only use high-quality ingredients. Every dish pairs well with the bartender's refreshing margaritas. All fajitas are served sizzling on a bed of grilled onions and bell peppers. Choices include beef, shrimp, and chicken (a customer favorite). Check out Tio Carlos when you are in Irving.

Once you’ve fueled up with some delicious fajitas, head out for a day of fun at the Mandalay Canals. Our neighborhood is full of exciting restaurants and attractions nearby. If you’re interested in moving to the area, contact us at Olympus Las Colinas for a tour!
