Our community is home to some world-class fitness facilities and they are definitely stepping up to take care of us during this time. Willow Gardens Hot Yoga is offering online streaming classes with their instructors. Max 3 Fitness is offering the challenging classes they are famous for via Zoom, allowing their instructors to interact with their clients. Armor Up is offering virtual personal training sessions with their trainers.
