Explore the Outdoors with Your Furry Companion at These Dog Parks Near Ooltewah

It's a great time of year to explore the outdoors with your dog. The air is getting cooler - which is more comfortable for you and your furry friend. Check out these places to make new memories near our Ooltewah apartments:

Greenway Farms Dog Park

This spot is simply gorgeous this time of year, with its colorful foliage and beautiful blue-green creek. The park is open from dawn to dusk, so you can head out whenever your dog is ready to expend some energy. Although dogs are required to be on-leash within the larger area of Greenway Farms, they're permitted to be off-leash within the designated fenced area near the Hamill Road entrance.

Heritage Park Dog Park

This park located in Chattanooga has two fenced-in areas for off-leash frolicking. One area allows for small dogs, and the other is devoted to large breeds. For on-leash activity, you and your dog will enjoy the wide paved walking path, the large grassy area, and the enticing views of the Mackey Branch, a beautiful creek with banks made up of large, flat rocks.

Play Wash Pint

This place calls itself "the happiest place on turf" for good reason. Dogs can enjoy some great pampering here, with self-wash stations that make cleaning them a whole lot easier. The fenced-in area is available for a reasonable price on a membership or by a day pass fee. Your dog will enjoy running around under the tables, up the ramps, through the tunnels, and everywhere they possibly can - while you enjoy your own "human time" to socialize. The owners here also have a "free-range" doggie daycare site which was recently moved to another location.

We hope you and your furry friend enjoy these dog parks near Ooltewah! For more ways to get out there and explore, check out these incredible outdoor spaces nearby.
