Swedish Meatballs
Skip the red sauce and go for the creaminess of Swedish meatballs, crafted with mostly pre-made ingredients that make this 1,000 times easier. Grab some pre-cooked frozen meatballs, add in all the goodness, including cream of chicken Soup and onion soup mix seasoning, and let it cook on low for the afternoon. Topped over noodles, this dish is a true weeknight winner.
Cilantro Lime Chicken
Not only is this a drop-and-go meal, this Cilantro Lime Chicken can also be prepped ahead, frozen, and pulled out when you’re ready! Simply put, you’ll grab all of the ingredients (chicken, corn, beans, and salsa, to name a few) and simply put them in a freezer bag. When you’re ready to cook, place it all in the pot and you’re good to go! Of course, if you’re prepping the day of, just omit the bag and freezing. Voila!
