The good thing about living in Nashville during the Halloween season is you’ll never fall short of festive things to do. Whether you’re looking for a day of family fun or spending the evening haunt-hunting with friends, there are plenty of spooky spots to explore. Start planning a day of scary fun in Nashville and don’t miss out!
Devil’s Dungeon Haunted House
Coined Nashville’s most controversial and intense Halloween attraction, Devil’s Dungeon in Downtown Nashville is one of the most frightening haunted houses you will ever experience. With over 20,000 square feet of creepy casa to explore, you’ll have to find your footing around dark corners and make your way through the undead – a terrifying tour that will leave you feeling more tricked than treated. Reserve your spot today.
Hermitage Ghost Tours
Explore the haunted side of history during a Hermitage Ghost Tour, that pays tribute to Andrew Jackson and real-life battles that are historically terrifying. You’ll explore Jackson’s home, The Hermitage, including the mansion, grounds, and cemetery by lantern light. The guides convincingly tell the stories of past strange encounters, including ghosts of the Battle of New Orleans and Jackson’s infamous meeting with Tennessee’s Bell Witch. Tours run through Nov. 8, reserve here.
Dead Land Scream Park
The most ideal setup for Halloween 2020 is the Dead Land Scream Park, a 100% outdoors “scream park” that has you making your way through a dark forest as you experience the terror of three trials in the haunted woods. While this is in Murfreesboro – a bit of a drive from Nashville – the trip is well worth the visit. The journey in the dark woods takes you to three different attractions, and also has a warm bonfire, concession stands, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Take the journey through the woods, and survive to tell the story.
The Escape Game Nashville
The incredibly realistic adventures at The Escape Game Nashville allow you to put your mind to work, all while trying to escape a life-threatening situation. OK – maybe that’s a bit dramatic, but the situations feel very real, and it’s up to you to use the clues found throughout to escape. A few of our favorites are Prison Break and Gold Rush.
