El Farol
An iconic restaurant with roots dating back to 1835, El Farol serves guests a selection of tapas and undeniably good margaritas in its old-world Santa Fe atmosphere. Located up on historic Canyon Road, grab a view on the covered porch while sipping on the trail’s featured margarita, the Smoking Bull, a combination of smoky mezcal and cilantro-piquillo pepper agave syrup, rimmed with red chile powder. The Shed
A tried and true institution in Santa Fe, The Shed is known for its authentic Mexican dishes and even better margaritas. Located just a half-mile from the Plaza, guests can enjoy their margarita in the circa-1962 hacienda, with a full cantina-style bar serving up classic Southwestern fare and drinks.
