PIECE TOGETHER THESE 3 EPIC PUZZLE TYPES

|

During the colder winter months, it’s nice to cozy up indoors and still feel productive. A puzzle is a great seasonal activity to keep your hands and mind busy. You can also listen to an audiobook, put on a favorite show in the background, or start a new podcast while you work. If you’re looking for cool new puzzles to solve, here are a few fun options to check out.

Wood Puzzles

A wood puzzle like this one from Woodbests offers unique shapes that are out of the ordinary. They consist of gorgeous stained glass-style art pieces and their puzzles take a little bit more critical thinking to accomplish. There are a variety of sizes, so you can pick the difficulty and go from there!

3D Puzzles

A 3D puzzle presents a new level of difficulty by forcing your brain to think beyond a two-dimensional image. Most 3D puzzles recreate miniature versions of famous landmarks or fictional places. You can try your hand at Notre Dame or Hogwarts, whichever strikes your fancy. There are also several 3D puzzles that work as functional decor items. Check out this cool clock and music box, for instance.

Garbo Puzzle

If you’re seeking the ultimate puzzle challenge, try this all-black 1,000-piece Garbo jigsaw puzzle. You’ll really have to use your brain to ensure the pieces fit together right, with no image to give you clues. The puzzle also comes with a pair of googly eyes. They aren’t part of the puzzle, you just stick them on after you’ve completed it. Welcome to hard mode.
