The Sunday and Tuesday sessions are playful and beginner-friendly. They are for anyone with or without experience and will inspire you to move and express yourself as you build strength and stamina and become more flexible. Intermediate and advanced dancers can enjoy Ballet-Afrique on Thursday evenings. While most dance barefoot, you're welcome to wear ballet or jazz shoes.
