Tree Decorating Contest

Show off your beautiful holiday tree and win a fun prize. All month long, through Dec. 31, we’re accepting entries. All you have to do is take a photo of your decked-out Christmas tree and send the photo to northpoint@olympusproperty.com. The winner will get a $25 gift certificate to Amazon! Don’t miss out on your chance to win.

Gumdrop Guessing Game

Here’s another chance to win a great prize! Dec. 8-20, drop by the front office during normal business hours and guess how many gumdrops are in the jar. The person whose guess is closest will win a $25 gift card to Target – a great little “extra” for the holiday season!

Gift Wrapping Station

We know how easy it can be to find yourself stressed out as the gifts pile up and need to be wrapped. Perhaps you have the added challenge of needing some time and space in which to wrap those gifts without the curious eyes of their recipients catching an early sneak peek. Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! Head over to the front office during normal business hours from Dec. 16 through 23 with your gifts. We’ll give you the privacy you need to wrap those gifts, as well as the proper supplies, like wrapping paper and ribbon. Consider this your own North Pole, and the elves at Olympus Northpoint are ready to make this a perfect holiday for you and yours.
