Where to Enjoy Fish and Chips in Albuquerque 

When you want to enjoy some comfort food, head to a local restaurant for a basket of fish and chips. This popular duo originated in England and has become a worldwide favorite. The restaurants serving fish and chips near our Albuquerque apartments include:

Two Fools Tavern 

Boasting an authentic Irish pub feel, 2 Fools Tavern is where fun and food are plentiful. It's also home to the largest whiskey selection in the Southwest. For dinner, enjoy the Two Fools fish and chips. Award-winning, this dish features house ale-battered North Atlantic cod, chips, homemade apple coleslaw, and tartar sauce. Enjoy your meal with a pint of Guinness or Smithwick's.

Flying Star Cafe

When Mark and Jean decided to buy and renovate a derelict building in Nob Hill, the Flying Star Cafe opened its doors. Their mission was to offer a place where the "food was homemade, and the desserts were fresh." Today, Albuquerque the Magazine recognizes the restaurant for having the "best dessert menu" and "best pet-friendly patio." During your visit, sample the fish and chips. You'll enjoy wild North Atlantic cod, fries, coleslaw, and tartar sauce. 

O'Neill's 

At O'Neill's, you'll enjoy "good food, honest drinks, and great times." It was voted the "best patio" by Albuquerque the Magazine. As you dine under the stars, you can enjoy stunning views and fast, friendly service. Founder Rob O'Neill built the bar top and chairs with his own hands. He enjoys creating a community gathering place and invites everyone to enjoy a night of laughter over a delicious meal. During your visit, be sure and sample the fish and chips. The chefs offer battered Alaskan cod filets with fries, house-made coleslaw, and tartar sauce.
