Found atop Hotel Parq Central, the Apothecary Lounge specializes in seasonal cocktails. It stocks some of the finest liquor in Albuquerque and features a medical motif to honor the building's former use as a hospital. The bar offers unparalleled views of the mountains, downtown city lights, and Southwest sunsets. In the kitchen, the chefs prepare small plates using regional produce, and they pair well with Prohibition-era cocktails such as the Sazerac and the Pink Lady. 

LEVEL 5 RESTAURANT & LOUNGE 

The Level 5 Restaurant & Lounge calls Hotel Chaco home. It's on the fifth floor and is named in honor of Chaco Canyon's Pueblo Bonito, which had five levels. This acclaimed destination is renowned for its Gruet Winery bubble bar and dishes made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. Executive Chef Patrick Mahn was raised on a ranch in New Mexico. He states that food has always been central to his identity, and in 2014, he represented the state at the Great American Seafood Cookoff. Try the chipotle apricot-glazed shrimp with a Sandia Sunset cocktail.

SEASONS GRILL

Nestled in Old Town, Seasons Grill is where the chefs take the best ingredients and let them speak for themselves. With ties to Sonoma wine country, wine is an important part of the restaurant's menu. The service is always friendly, and the cozy rooftop bar is perfect for date night. Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Drinks include hibiscus margaritas and Moscow Mules.
