This is where locals go to kick back and get in some great fishing. Bring your poles and enjoy a day or weekend on the lake, with the most incredible views of the Bosque that you’ll find in the area. Head over to Mountain, Stream, and Trail Adventures for one of the best standup paddleboarding (SUP) experiences you have ever had. They offer several SUP tour packages, typically 4-8 miles long, including a Good Morning SUP Tour, a Sunset SUP Tour, and even an Adventure Brewery SUP Tour where you get to visit 2-3 local breweries with lunch and the first round of beer included! It doesn’t get better than that!

NM River Adventures

Are you longing to spend some time on the Rio Grande? Try NMRA’s half-day Orilla Verde Tour or the Middle Taos Box Trip. At the end of the summer, you can even try their full-day trip or a multi-day tour on the Rio Chama at any time during the season.
