If you’ve got “taco” in your name, you have to have a wide variety – those are the rules. And this chain option truly delivers. They offer eight eggy options, but their non-breakfast options look good enough to eat anytime of the day.

Taco Cabana ABQ

Another taco chain restaurant, Taco Cabana’s five ABQ locations also succeed at the name thing and feature four breakfast tacos, as well as breakfast tortas and a breakfast enchilada. You can’t go wrong with a classic bacon, egg & cheese taco.

Olympus Encantada Office

Now that you’ve got breakfast tacos on the brain, be sure to stop by the Olympus Encantada office for our free offering of this delicious morning food, Friday, Jan. 22, from 8 to 10 AM.
