CELEBRATING ASIAN CUISINE IN ALBUQUERQUE: OUR 4 FAVORITE SPOTS

|

If you’re anything like us, you love Asian cuisine – especially on a cool winter day. Luckily for all of us, Albuquerque is bursting at the seams with plenty of delicious options, and we’ve rounded up our five favorites.

Thai Spice

Albuquerque’s destination for great tasting Thai dishes, Thai Spice serves only the freshest and finest ingredients in artfully crafted dishes that reflect traditional recipes from Thailand. Try a classics like Pad Thai with chicken, packed with thin rice noodles, bean sprouts, green onions, peanuts, and egg and chili on the side. Or go bold with the Green Curry on a cool winter night.

P.F. Chang’s

P.F. Chang’s has earned a spot on this list for many reasons, but our hands-down favorite menu item is Chang’s Lettuce Wraps. This secret family recipe and signature dish is a must-order every visit. Pair it with a few other favorites like Chang’s Spicy Chicken and Mongolian Beef and you’ll have an Asian cuisine party in your mouth. Don’t want to miss it!

Jinja Bar & Bistro

Featuring fresh flavors from the Pacific Islands and Asia, Jinja Bar & Bistro offers authentic and creative dishes that invite you to enjoy good food and leave your everyday distractions at the door. Check out the daily happy hour from 2 to 7 PM, featuring discounted appetizers and $3 off select beer and cocktails.

Asian Pear

This unassuming spot is anything but, offering fresh and healthy Korean barbecue and Japanese food. Inspired by family recipes, Asian Pear offers plenty of authentic Koren flavor, with a little bit of New Mexican flavor to tie the room together. The bowls are knock-your-socks-off good, like the Korean Beef Bowl and the Sweet and Sour Chicken Bowl.
