Adding a piece of art is a quick and easy way to finish any space. If you're looking for a unique work, head to the Eye Candy Art Gallery. Its mission is to "make art approachable and accessible to everyone." Here are some of the artists you'll discover near our Raeford apartments:
Brian Gordon
A resident of Randolph County, Brian Gordon started woodworking at a young age. He learned the art form from his father and uses his imagination to create one-of-a-kind objects. Brian's pieces include bowls, cutting boards, and lathe-turned writing pens.
Bonnie Fitzpatrick
Based in Pinehurst, Bonnie Fitzpatrick captures stunning images of North Carolina and New England. She received her first 35mm SLR camera at fourteen and challenged herself to create images that were stirring and memorable. Today, Bonnie uses photography to express her passion for color, design, and composition. Bonnie often shoots landscapes before dawn, and her images hang in homes around the world.
Pat McBride
Pat McBride never thought she'd be an artist. That changed when she took an elective art class while in college. She instantly became hooked and changed her major. Bonnie went on to work as an illustrator for the FBI, and her work helped capture a serial killer in 1984. Now, she works in oils and takes inspiration from the historical architecture and unique sporting events of the Sandhills.
Carol Kaminski
Mostly self-taught, Carol Kaminski works out of her Greensboro studio. She has painted in oils for the last ten years and has recently added resin to her skill set. When Carol isn't painting, you might find her helping at her brother's antique and salvage warehouse business, where she enjoys seeing the art.
