Learn What You Can Do at the Twin Falls Public Library

The libraries of today are not what libraries of yesteryears used to be. Twin Falls Public Library offers so much more than just books, and you won't have to go far from our Twin Falls apartments to discover it yourself.

Book, and More Books, and Maybe Some Music

For the traditionalists who love paper books, there are thousands for you to peruse through. Can't find the book you're looking for in the library, then use the interlibrary, and it will be sent to your local branch from anywhere in the country. If your preference is digital books, the library offers OverDrive access to eBooks, Kindle Books, Audiobooks, and magazines, many of which are in other languages, not just English. For music lovers, stream and download music with Freegal music and enjoy.

Mango Languages

Whether you are planning to learn a new language or wish to have extra practice in the language you are already learning, Mango Languages offers real-life conversations, vocabulary, and cultural notes to better understand the language you are learning. With over seventy languages to choose from, there is surely the one you need.

Research Resources

If you want to find your family history, then access to Ancestry will help you discover your family roots. Ancestry offers thousands of records going back as far as the 1500s. To go back in time and learn Twin Falls' history through the local newspapers' pages, check out the Newspaper Archive dating back to 1928.

Library Events

Stop by the library for a monthly game night if you love board games. Join in to play their games or bring your own to share with others. Have a crafty hobby, then check out a monthly Crafter-Days and a Good Yarn Club where you can gather with like-minded crafters and work on your projects while learning together. And, if you're a fan of Dungeons & Dragons, join in every Thursday and let the adventures begin.

Your local library has so much for you to discover, no matter your interests and what you wish to learn.
