NEED A GUIDED WORKOUT? CHECK OUT THESE 5 MUST-TRY CLASSES TODAY

|

With recent events, our usual fitness instructors and in-person classes have come to a halt. While some of our favorite local businesses have converted to online platforms, the rest of us are on a search for a new virtual fitness program. Whether you’re just getting started in the world of working out, or you’re looking to switch things up a bit, here is a list of our favorite online fitness classes.

1. Yoga

Forget the monthly subscription fees and visit Adriene’s yoga YouTube channel. The Home – 30 Days of Yoga with Adriene playlist is a great place to get started and it’s completely FREE. Each video in this compilation is about 30 minutes or less, where Adriene guides you through a relaxing, yet energizing yoga workout.

2. Pilates

Think yoga and cardio combined into one, a pilates workout gives you a killer sweat session! Increase your strength and flexibility with online classes via Pilates Anytime. They even offer a 15-day trial so you can give it a-go before you sign up for their monthly subscription.

3. HIIT & Cardio

Looking to burn some serious calories and get your sweat on? Then group hitt is the online resource you’ve got to check out. Not only do they offer free virtual workout classes, but they even leave out the music in their videos so you can jam out to your own beats!

4. Strength

While there is a wide variety of strength training videos to follow along with online, like YouTube videos and virtual classes, why not support your local community with a customized training course? Amber’s 30 Day Kickstart Program from Cato Fitness is a go-to online class for strength training.

5. Dance

Dance Magazine is here with a massive resource list for all your online dance class options. Love ballet or jazz? Or maybe you’re more of a hip-hop person – scroll through this awesome article of class options to pick your perfect match! New to dance and not sure where to start? Check out Dance Plug for a good mix of multiple dance styles designed beginners.
