Every February, the Southeast Georgia Health System sponsors a 5k health run on the bridge that brings thousands of people together. You can also enjoy the sunset and beautiful views of the river and the city from the bridge.

The tour is done on a customized hearse that can fit six to nine people, and the tour guide takes you on a ride telling you all the tales, mysteries, and myths surrounding the town of Brunswick. 

See the Lover's Oak Tree

The Lover's Oak Tree is in downtown Brunswick and is more than 900 years old. The tree trunk is 13 feet in diameter and has 10 significant branches. Legend has it that this tree was the meeting point between lovers hundreds of years ago. If you want a souvenir, take a strand of Spanish moss covering the tree from the ground.
