BAVARO'S 

When Bavaro's opened in 2009, it became the first traditional Neapolitan pizzeria in Florida. The restaurant stays true to tradition and features wood-fired brick ovens handcrafted by third-generation Neapolitan craftsman. In the kitchen, chefs use century-old recipes and high-quality ingredients sourced straight from Italy. Guests enjoy their meals in the homey dining room and watch the pizzas bake from their seats. Offerings include Roma, Margherita, and Al Crudo.

VIVA NAPOLI

Known for serving the finest Neapolitan cuisine in Tampa Bay, Viva Napoli began as a dream in Italy. Founder Simona Sarpa moved from Napoli to Florida two years ago. She took inspiration from her grandparents' famous pizzeria and prepares the menu using family recipes passed down for generations. The pizzas bake to perfection in a wood-burning oven and are topped with ingredients imported from Simona's hometown. Choices include Carrettiera, Noci e Bacon, and Crudo e Rucola.
