What began as a pursuit in a vintage camper is now a thriving brick and mortar destination called the Vagabond Coffee Company. It's found in the historic Murray Hill district, and founders Will and Samantha Morgan believe that everybody is a vagabond on a lifelong journey. The shop has a 4.5-star rating on Yelp, and it comes complete with exposed brick walls and plenty of seating. The menu includes espresso, cappuccino, and Americano, and all pair well the homemade pop tarts.

Social Grounds Coffee

At Social Grounds, the mission is to change lives one cup at a time. Veteran owned and operated, the shop was founded in 2015 with a love of people and great coffee. The owners source the beans from the best coffee farms worldwide, and they roast the beans themselves. Part of the proceeds help empower homeless veterans, and Social Grounds offers a friendly staff and laid-back atmosphere. The menu includes Cafe con Leche, Cafe au Lait, and espresso. Those with a sweet tooth don't want to miss the delicious cinnamon rolls.

Urban Grind Coffee

Since 2010, Urban Grind Coffee has been known as the downtown destination for great tasting, locally roasted coffee. The staff does the roasting in small batches, and the shop's charming atmosphere features chalkboard menus and picture windows. Try a mocha, Cubano, or caramel macchiato with the spiced chai cookies.
