The Tree Steakhouse

The Tree Steakhouse is a premier restaurant that serves 100 percent certified Black Angus Beef and made-from-scratch side dishes. Soon after opening in 1969, it became a local favorite, and it's where many loyal customers celebrate special occasions. The wait staff strives to offer impeccable service, and the dining room is complete with stained glass, exposed brick walls, and tables covered with white cloths. The chefs grill all of the entrees over an open flame, and choices include file mignon, New York strip, and bone-in ribeye.

Cowford Chophouse

It was in 1901 when a fire raged through downtown Jacksonville destroying many of the buildings. The building that houses the Cowford Chophouse was built the following year as part of the city's rebirth, and it originally housed the First National Bank of Florida. Constructed in the Renaissance Revival style, many of its incredible details remain including the stained glass windows, metal cornice, and the three hundred-year-old heart of pine lumber that is seen throughout. In the kitchen, the chefs prepare an array of dishes including Wagyu filet, Porterhouse, and filet mignon.

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse

Nestled along the St. John's River, this restaurant offers the best steakhouse experience in the city. It's where many locals enjoy a meal before the symphony, and the dining area is complete with large picture windows, works of art, and plenty of seating.
